Moon Township Honda is looking to add a dependable, upbeat Lot Attendant to our Sales Department. This is a key role that keeps our inventory organized, our lot looking sharp, and our customers' first impressions strong. What You'll Do

• Move, park, and stage vehicles for the sales team
• Keep the lot neat, organized, and customer-ready
• Assist with photographing and merchandising vehicles
• Monitor inventory flow and help with tag/plate handling

• Support the sales team with light duties as needed

Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Service Advisor to join our team. As a Service Advisor, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring the smooth operation of our automotive service department. Responsibilities

• Greet customers and provide them with a warm welcome
• Listen to customers' concerns and accurately document their vehicle issues

Experience

• Knowledge of shocks, struts, oil changes, and engine repair is preferred
• Excellent customer service skills with the ability to build trust and rapport with customers
• Strong communication skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
• Experience in automotive sales or service writing is a plus
